From Hot Springs National Park Visitor Center, head south on Central Avenue. The Walk runs along the sidewalk in front of the Visitor Center building — you'll see the plaques inset directly into the pavement.

Weekday mornings are ideal for a peaceful, uncrowded stroll. Spring and fall offer the best walking weather. Evening visits are especially atmospheric — Central Avenue's historic streetlights illuminate the plaques beautifully after dark.
